Delivery & Returns
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm CET through Sunday, or on holidays.
In cases of high order volume, shipments may experience a delay of a day or two. Should your shipment encounter a significant delay, we will promptly contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on orders of 50 € or more. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. Please be aware that slight delays may occur, especially during November and December. 'Bee Enriched EU' is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.
Geographic Restrictions:
'Bee Enriched EU' products are intended for end use in the European Union. Items sold for end use in the European Union are not labeled for international distribution.
Order Confirmation Email:
Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming the details of your purchase.
Tracking Your Shipment:
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is in transit. This email will include your tracking information (when available by carrier), allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Returns and Satisfaction:
While we sincerely hope you adore every 'Bee Enriched' product you purchase, we understand that issues may arise. Although direct returns or exchanges are not offered, we are committed to addressing damages and shipping errors to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges at Bee-Enriched.eu:
Regrettably, due to legal constraints, we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges for purchases made through Bee-Enriched.eu. However, rest assured that every product acquired from Bee-Enriched.eu is covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, the product falls short of your expectations, we will refund the purchase price within 45 days of the purchase date. Please be aware that for a product to be eligible for a refund, it must remain in its original packaging and should not have been used. Additionally, please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Reselling Products:
It's important to emphasize that customers of 'Bee Enriched' are not authorized to resell products in online markets or on auction sites. Consequently, we cannot vouch for the quality or accuracy of any products purchased from such vendors.
Damaged Items:
Upon receiving your items, please carefully inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. While some wear on the box is normal, if damage has affected the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us promptly at hello@bee-enriched.com.
To assist in resolving the issue, kindly provide your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items, as we may require them as proof of damage during transit.
